Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate coding and help improve AP workflows and system implementations as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end invoice processing, including 3-way PO matching, approval routing, and payment execution.
•Review and reconcile non-PO invoices and resolve discrepancies prior to payment.
•Review and approve employee expense reimbursements per company policy with proper documentation.
•Code and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies with employees.
•Support month-end close with cash application, accruals/journal entries, and general ledger activity.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
•Experience coding invoices and expenses across departments and GL accounts.
•Strong understanding of invoice processing, 3-way matching, purchase orders, vendor management, expense reporting, and payment processing.
•Experience preparing accruals and reconciliations for month-end close.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas).
