Store Manager

Lead end-to-end store operations to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. Guide retail staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensure brand and company operating procedures are followed, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase repeat business. Maintain strong product and fashion knowledge for customer needs, manage stockrooms to minimize stock loss, uphold visual merchandising standards, and provide feedback to Area and Operations Managers.
