•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Comply with Truist policies and procedures, including state and federal rules and regulations.
•Provide clients mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Carry out Truist’s referral process and support mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up.

Key Requirements

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of NMLS registration and an acceptable NMLS background check.
