Job Summary

We are seeking a Value Proposition Specialist for Fintech to define user value flows, coordinate cross‑functional campaigns, and build business cases that drive Mercado Pago’s growth in Argentina. You’ll collaborate with Product, IT, Marketing, Treasury, and Legal to maximize customer profitability, support recurring user engagement, and monitor performance with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the value proposition per user by coordinating complementary flows for individuals to maximize customer profitability through alignment of campaigns, product initiatives, and other key actions.
•Drive user recurrence and prominence of Mercado Pago users by shaping value delivery and engagement.
•Prepare analyses and business cases to inform decisions by senior leadership.
•Design and monitor reports with key cross‑sell metrics, track performance against plan, and implement corrective actions for variances.
•Lead strategic, multidisciplinary projects focused on creating value for Mercado Pago in the Argentina Individuals segment, collaborating with Product, IT, Marketing, Treasury and Legal teams.

Key Requirements

•Formation in Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related fields
•5 years of experience in similar roles
•Knowledge of SQL
•Experience coordinating marketing/product initiatives with cross-functional teams
•Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
