Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director on strategy, planning, and execution of external communications tactics for retailer programming objectives.
  • •Develop media strategies and a supporting calendar to grow awareness and retailer sentiment.
  • •Plan and manage speaking and interview engagements for brand spokespeople, including executive leadership and marketing ambassadors.
  • •Lead proprietary storytelling tools and calendarized programming, including the newsroom, white papers, leadership profiles, and new Sephora-led stage programming.
  • •Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams for press outreach, reputation/issues response planning, internal communications, and cross-functional reporting.
