Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with CSO Account Managers to support customer retention, account growth, and repeat business.
  • •Convert leads into qualified opportunities by identifying project requirements, constraints, and customer goals; evaluate HVAC needs and develop system solutions.
  • •Prepare project take-offs, equipment selections, pricing, integration plans, and preliminary fulfillment schedules to support project planning.
  • •Prepare, review, and validate proposals with internal stakeholders and support the direct sales process to help achieve sales targets.
  • •Provide technical consultation and assist customers with HVAC questions; perform design and analysis activities and resolve project scope deviations following validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • •Experience developing equipment selections, quotes, proposals, and technical solutions for customers.
