Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary administrator for org-wide internal communications, ensuring quality content and clear information flow.
  • •Lead technical publishing of the internal newsletter and other company updates across platforms.
  • •Support multimedia by managing photography assets, performing basic video editing for internal clips, and using AI drafting tools for early content versions.
  • •Own end-to-end internal event logistics, including scheduling, RSVP management, on-the-day coordination, and data/metrics upkeep.
  • •Coordinate vendor and partner support (e.g., venues, A/V technicians, merchandise, caterers), managing quotes, contract tracking, and check-ins.

  • •Manage high-volume communications tasks with precision, balancing content distribution and org-wide channel management.
  • •Produce internal communications content using slide design software, basic video editing tools, and AI-assisted drafting tools.
