Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of scalable backend features for user onboarding, conversion, and self-service growth.

  • •Inject best practices to support rapid experimentation and product evolution, including automation and monitoring to optimize system productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Java for backend development and system integration.
  • •Backend engineering experience in a SaaS environment, including ownership of server-side systems (API design, feature flag management, production deployments).
  • •Hands-on experience with database state management and data migration, including migration scripts and safe rollouts between legacy and new configurations.
  • •Familiarity with QA processes and test automation, including regression testing scope and coordinating release rollouts (RC → production).
  • •Ability to provide technical guidance through design reviews and technical mentorship.
