Job Summary

Ensure safety and security across the facility by managing gate access and documenting vehicle movement into and out of inspection entrances/exits. Conduct routine patrols, monitor and respond to security/safety concerns, and follow incident response procedures while de-escalating situations. Use the Safe and Secure App and RFID technology to support badge creation, CCTV review, and incident-ready operations. Serve as the face of Carvana for associates, vendors, and visitors.

•Manage and document vehicle movement into and out of inspection center entrance/exit gates.
•Serve as the point of contact for associates, vendors, and site visitors.
•Lead with effective communication and active listening with team, partners, and customers.
•Conduct routine patrols of the inspection center and logistics facility areas, documenting security/safety concerns.
•Follow incident response procedures and de-escalate situations as needed, using Safe and Secure systems and tools.
