Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute strategy aligned with enterprise priorities as a member of the Strategic Leadership Team.
  • •Provide enterprise leadership and operational oversight for Ag Retail and Distribution assets, including leading Regional Operations, Animal Nutrition, and Environmental Health & Safety through senior leaders.
  • •Ensure safe, compliant, and profitable operations by driving operational readiness, execution, and continuous improvement, especially during seasonal peak periods.
  • •Lead financial performance through operating plans, budgets, forecasts, long-range growth strategies, capital allocation, and strategic transactions.
  • •Build and retain a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and safety while partnering on workforce planning and succession.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, finance, operations, or a related field; equivalent education plus executive leadership experience may be considered.
  • •10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in agribusiness, agricultural retail, energy, commodity-related distribution, or similarly complex environments.
  • •Proven experience leading multi-site, geographically dispersed operations with substantial employee populations and budget accountability.
  • •Experience leading operations in a highly seasonal business environment with significant spring and fall demand variation.
  • •Demonstrated success leading and developing senior leaders with broad operational, commercial, and financial accountability, including strategic planning and capital allocation.
