Job Summary

Maintain and support quarry operations on the 2nd shift in North Branford. Operate maintenance equipment safely, perform quarry equipment maintenance and housekeeping, and shovel sand/stone and wet materials. Work at considerable heights and in outdoor conditions while following OSHA/MSHA requirements and wearing required PPE. Complete daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation, coordinate in a team environment, and report issues to managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate maintenance equipment and report problems to your manager.
•Perform maintenance and housekeeping on quarry equipment, including using ladders to access platforms and landings.
•Shovel sand, stone, and wet materials daily and be willing to work at considerable heights.
•Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety policies, including wearing PPE in designated areas.
•Complete daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation and assist with other assigned duties.

Key Requirements
