Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle day-to-day client calls, client transactions, and client problem resolution, including researching and resolving account inquiries.
  • •Execute client transactions within delegated authority and escalate exceptions to the assigned Relationship Manager.
  • •Prepare and review client account documents for meetings with the Relationship Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • •Assist with loan application information gathering (e.g., financial statements, tax returns, business documentation) and coordinate needed documents from outside vendors as applicable.
  • •Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics and AML/Bank Secrecy Act, maintain regulatory/credit policy knowledge, and support suspicious activity reporting requirements.
