Job Summary

Support Service Center Managers across the U.S. by building talent pipelines and running recruiting and onboarding for skilled trades roles. Coach hiring managers on behavior-focused interviewing and structured selection practices, partner on workforce planning, and strengthen relationships with technical and apprenticeship programs. Ensure strong new-hire onboarding and compliance support (including I-9 verification), track hiring and retention metrics, and use data to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support recruiting initiatives for mechanics, technicians, welders, inspectors, logistics, and other skilled trades roles across U.S. service centers.
•Partner with Service Center Managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and local labor market challenges.
•Build external relationships with technical schools, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, workforce agencies, military/veteran programs, and community organizations.
•Coach hiring managers on behavior-focused interviewing and selection techniques; support structured interviews and candidate evaluation tools.
•Run onboarding programs, support compliance requirements including I-9 employment eligibility verification, and track recruiting metrics and workforce planning data.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent education/experience.

•Experience supporting skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, field service, or operations-based hiring (preferred).
•Experience building external talent pipelines and partnerships with schools, apprenticeship programs, and workforce organizations.
•Knowledge of behavior-based interviewing, structured selection methods, and recruiting best practices.
