Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain senior relationships with regulators and government authorities across priority APAC markets.
  • •Establish and nurture Binance’s presence in regional financial industry bodies and associations.
  • •Engage local GR agencies and advisory firms to access senior regulatory conversations in markets without direct relationships.
  • •Represent Binance in stakeholder meetings, articulating positioning and gathering regulatory expectations and market access intelligence.
  • •Own vendor and consultancy contract lifecycles and manage APAC GR P&L with compliance documentation, partnering with Legal/Policy on substantive matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven background in government relations, public affairs, or policy advisory across multiple APAC markets, ideally via a regional agency or consultancy.
  • •Ability to open doors and secure conversations with senior regulators, even without pre-existing personal relationships.
  • •Existing membership in or working relationships with regional financial industry bodies and associations.
  • •Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Comfort with administrative and operational responsibilities, including vendor management, contract oversight, and budget tracking.
