Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee moderately complex environmental remediation projects, including scope, objectives, schedule, budgets, risk identification, and closure documentation.
  • •Assist senior project managers with duties as needed and support project teams across multiple projects.
  • •Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings and manage project/task teams and resources, mentoring junior team members.
  • •Support field staff with soil, groundwater, and air sampling for field and/or laboratory analyses; oversee field equipment and instrumentation.
  • •Prepare and review proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports for regulatory agency submissions and manage change requests and contract compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field; PG or PE license preferred.
  • •Minimum 7–10+ years of environmental consulting and/or project management experience.
  • •Experience with project financial tracking and change management for scopes of work.
  • •Expertise in project planning, numerical tracking, and analysis (e.g., MS Excel).
  • •Experience managing multi-discipline teams, with strong communication and technical writing skills.
