Lead an area in the Barleben plant near Magdeburg to ensure smooth day-to-day production and achievement of productivity, quality, and safety goals. Coach and manage a team of supervisors and shopfloor employees, drive performance against KPIs, and optimize staffing plans, processes, and work structures. Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost savings through data-informed decision-making and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
