Key Responsibilities

•Partner with engineering, design, analysts, researchers, content designers, applied scientists, and data scientists to ideate, prioritize, and deliver solutions.
•Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
•Conduct user research and experiments to scope and prioritize product initiatives.
•Coordinate end-to-end execution, translating ambiguous opportunities into shipped features and iterating based on feedback.
•Pioneer how AI/ML is used in products and ways of working, exploring emerging technologies and applying them responsibly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,300 - 209,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of product management (or equivalent) experience building web/mobile products in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong product sense and deep empathy for small-business professionals, with experience building for two-sided marketplaces strongly preferred.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly while adjusting plans and priorities as new insights emerge.
•Analytical skills and comfort working with metrics and data to assess performance and inform priorities.
•Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
