Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and analyze revenue accounting entries for month-end close, ensuring deferred revenue waterfalls are accurately maintained.
•Own the ASC 606 revenue recognition in NetSuite (ARM module) monthly.
•Perform detailed reviews/analysis of Master Agreements and Contracts to ensure that revenue is properly recorded, and documentation is in compliance with policy.
•Ensure the accurate application of GAAP to complex revenue transactions.
•Review Order Perfection for data accuracy and revenue recognition impact in Salesforce.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 70,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•1-3 years of direct ASC 606 revenue recognition experience, or 3-5 years of progressive general accounting experience with strong revenue principles.
•Proven experience with ASC 606 system implementations (e.g., NetSuite ARM module or similar), and/or Big 4 audit experience with a CPA license.
•Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting.
•Excellent communication skills with ability to develop the “story” and form recommendations.
