Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and manage new client applications, including creating condition lists and running due diligence reports.
  • •Review client audited/interim financial statements and prepare year-to-year comparison financial analysis.
  • •Write credit administration memorandums, address credit administrator questions, and process annual renewals.
  • •Track quarterly compliance documents, review monthly seller certification and financial covenants, and perform SOX controls validations.
  • •Prepare and update contracts and manage financial exception waiver, line bulge requests, and quarterly covenant/tickler reports, while assisting auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline from an accredited college or University.

  • •Banking industry experience preferred.
