Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to development and implementation of corporate governance frameworks and best practice aligned with Group standards.
  • •Arrange board and committee meetings end to end, including scheduling, agendas, papers circulation, and action tracking.
  • •Collate, draft, and review board and committee papers, and communicate recommendations and follow-up.
  • •Support statutory and regulatory obligations and maintain accurate statutory records and internal corporate database entries.
  • •Provide company secretarial input to annual reporting documents, support governance reviews, and identify process improvements to strengthen controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a recognised Company Secretarial qualification with a minimum of six years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • •Maintain entity records and statutory registers, including experience with electronic registers where applicable.
  • •Experience in international governance and compliance environments.
  • •Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Demonstrate strong corporate governance knowledge, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
