Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Cybersecurity team to ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of our cyber defense strategy and policies.
  • •Build and manage a security operations team, that is responsible for detecting, researching, and remediating threats.
  • •Manage the organization’s cyber defense systems, including intrusion detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
  • •Work closely with other departments to ensure that cybersecurity measures are integrated into business processes and systems.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to the Cyber Defense team, ensuring that team members are adequately trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 280,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or related field.
  • •7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
