Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily office operations, including coordinating with building management, handling maintenance requests, and maintaining inventory of supplies
•Track office expenses and support budget management by monitoring forecasts and actual spend
•Plan and support employee events, onboarding activities, and office programs that strengthen employee engagement
•Oversee vendor services such as meals, snacks, office supplies, and facility maintenance to ensure consistent service quality
•Maintain office organization and functionality, including furniture updates, asset tracking, and cleanliness standards

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 68,000 - 80,000 annually

•Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail across multiple priorities
