Job Summary

Support the Boutique Manager by running store operations in their absence and overseeing sales activities across multiple departments. Drive sales performance, clienteling, cross-selling, and product sell-out while ensuring Hermès standards for customer service and VIP care. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team through objective setting, feedback, training, and disciplinary escalation as needed, and assist with monthly business and commission reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Be responsible for store operations in the Boutique Manager’s absence and ensure procedures and systems run smoothly.
•Coordinate roll-out of central projects/tools and support monthly business and commission reporting.
•Manage the sales team by setting objectives, assessing performance, providing feedback, organizing coaching, delegating tasks, and escalating disciplinary matters when needed.
•Drive sales performance and floor operations, including client welcome, allocating resources based on client flow, managing back-ups, and supporting front-office selling when necessary.
•Oversee customer service and CRM activities, maintain the client portfolio, support clienteling, handle level 2 complaints, and take care of VIP clients.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience.
•Ability to supervise and coach sales teams and provide ongoing feedback on the floor.
•Experience supporting sales performance, cross-selling, and client portfolio development.
•Capability to handle customer service standards, including customer complaints and VIP client support.
•Ability to assist with monthly reporting, including business and commission reports.
