Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the dishwasher machine and/or hand wash dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans.
  • •Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by organizing items, sweeping, and disposing of trash.
  • •Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards and applicable Health Codes.
  • •Complete opening and closing procedures, including check-out with the manager on duty.
  • •Support other employees as needed and occasionally work special events scheduled within the venue.
