Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the analytics behind pricing and packaging, including what to charge, how to package, and the impact on revenue, conversion, and retention.
  • •Build models for unit economics, willingness to pay, and price sensitivity to inform pricing bets.
  • •Design and execute pricing and packaging experiments, making decisive calls based on results.
  • •Build systems that operationalize pricing decisions, including personalized discounting based on user records.
  • •Collaborate with finance, product, and growth to sequence and ship pricing changes effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Own pricing and packaging outcomes end to end by finding opportunities, modeling them, and driving changes.
  • •Be fluent in unit economics, including LTV, margin, infrastructure/token costs, willingness to pay, discounting, and subscription/credit models.
  • •Demonstrate technical rigor with strong SQL and Python, applied statistics, and experimentation (including causal questions).
  • •Build systems that operationalize pricing and packaging (e.g., discounting/packaging models running on user records).
  • •Show strategic judgment balancing growth vs. monetization while collaborating closely with finance, product, and growth.
