Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain product presentation and merchandising by executing product recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes per directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes in partnership with the management team, using payroll management and adapting zones to business needs.
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities.
  • •Lead by example to coach associates on daily operations, guest experience, and visual standards; execute store opening/closing in accordance with visual standards.
