Key Responsibilities

  • •Support programme implementation: Work with Regional Head, North and the state nodal officer to support implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in Uttar Pradesh.
  • •Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with administration officials including nodal officers, state resource persons, district officers, and school stakeholders.
  • •Gather data-backed insights: Assist the program and partners to make data-driven decisions based on insights.
  • •Regular field visits (3-4/week) with officers and teachers to generate insights for increasing adoption and usage.
  • •Collaborate with Khan Academy India teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our program and services.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience as an educator or with government schools in Uttar Pradesh is an added advantage
  • •Fluent in Hindi and English (reading, speaking and writing)
  • •Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • •Ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions aligned with shared goals
  • •Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
