Job Summary

Drive full adoption and expansion of Teleport with key customers across onboarding through the lifecycle. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Teleport’s distributed networking/security platform, including SSH, desktops, Kubernetes, databases, and applications. Lead architecture discussions and onboarding syncs as the primary technical POC, design best-practice cloud/Kubernetes deployments, triage escalations with Product/Development, and build training to ensure successful migration.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently diagnose and resolve issues in the Teleport product and customer environments.
•Maintain high customer satisfaction during onboarding and drive adoption and expansion.
•Design customer architecture and advocate best practices for cloud/Kubernetes deployments.
•Lead technical discussions during onboarding sync calls as the primary technical POC.
•Create and maintain cloud/Kubernetes environments for demos, deploy/test new features, and plan Teleport training; triage escalations with Product/Development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 81,000 - 89,100 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles.
•Linux administration skills.
•Hands-on experience with a major public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
•Strong understanding of Kubernetes, with hands-on experience (CKA/CKAD certifications are a plus).
•Experience with security principles and technologies including SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and RBAC.
