Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently diagnose and resolve issues in the Teleport product and customer environments.
  • •Maintain high customer satisfaction during onboarding and drive adoption and expansion.
  • •Design customer architecture and advocate best practices for cloud/Kubernetes deployments.
  • •Lead technical discussions during onboarding sync calls as the primary technical POC.
  • •Create and maintain cloud/Kubernetes environments for demos, deploy/test new features, and plan Teleport training; triage escalations with Product/Development.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles.
  • •Linux administration skills.
  • •Hands-on experience with a major public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • •Strong understanding of Kubernetes, with hands-on experience (CKA/CKAD certifications are a plus).
  • •Experience with security principles and technologies including SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and RBAC.
