Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Corporate Finance for North America, including treasury, accounting, procurement, and internal controls.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and safeguard company assets through effective policies and procedures.
  • •Oversee North American subsidiaries’ liquidity, solvency, and financial market risks in coordination with Group Treasury.
  • •Lead and improve cash management strategy and operations, including daily cash management, intra-group funding, and cash collections/disbursements.
  • •Direct accounting practices for legal entities and oversee retail inventory management and cross-functional finance policies while coaching stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or qualification in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
  • •12-15 years of broad based operational finance experience with progressive responsibility.
  • •Solid accounting skills; CPA strongly preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP, COPA and other relevant finance systems.
  • •Fluent English (verbal and written) and ability to define strategy, analyze complex data, and present to senior executives.
