Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage installation engineering activities covering offshore and onshore scopes including structural, piping, subsea, and equipment installation
•Review and approve contractor installation procedures, method statements, lifting plans, rigging studies, and marine spread documentation
•Ensure all installation activities are planned and executed in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements
•Provide technical assurance and guidance during engineering, procurement, and construction phases to ensure constructability and installation feasibility
•Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, marine, logistics, and construction to ensure seamless project execution

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Offshore Engineering or a related discipline
•Minimum 15 years of experience in installation engineering within the oil and gas industry, with significant exposure to offshore projects
•Proven experience in a lead role within PMC or EPC environments, preferably on ADNOC projects
•Strong knowledge of offshore installation methodologies including heavy lifting, transportation, loadout, subsea installation, and hook-up and commissioning support
•Familiarity with international standards and guidelines such as DNV, ISO, and API related to offshore installation
