Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure on-time delivery for production orders by collaborating with Supply Chain and Central Planning to meet customer commitments and ad-hoc upside requests.
  • •Lead material planning for production builds by partnering with material planners and coordinating to secure wafer supply.
  • •Plan, study, and analyze weekly capacity feasibility with Industrial Engineering and optimize loading to maximize assembly output.
  • •Coordinate production build execution: ensure correct process flow, start planned orders on time, identify efficiency gaps, and propose improvements.
  • •Support scheduling probe jobs by optimizing job combinations and implementing dashboards/alerts while coordinating engineering to resolve probe result discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer engineering (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills (e.g., in university or co-curricular activities).
  • •Production and material planning expertise, including capacity analysis and optimization techniques.
  • •ERP proficiency (SAP or equivalent) and strong data analysis/reporting skills.
  • •Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, solve problems, manage deadlines, and use GenAI tools appropriately (e.g., AI chatbot/agentic AI/automation) in academic or work environments.
