Cost Manager CSA

Assist senior/line managers in producing pre- and post-contract deliverables across the full cost management cycle. Lead estimating, measurement, bills of quantities, cost planning, and procurement support from pre-qualification through contract preparation. Manage tender quantity take-offs, support supplier/subcontractor sourcing, monitor progress claims and monthly projections, and produce monthly cost reports. Take a cost lead role with clients and consultants, including variation order assessment and final accounts close-out.
