Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert in startup project schedule management to ensure program timelines are met.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define program milestones and segment-level deliverables, dependencies, and required dates.
  • •Regularly track deliverables, update schedules, and maintain alignment across segments.
  • •Identify, assess, and drive resolution of program-level schedule risks with relevant teams.
  • •Provide regular updates on schedule status, trends, and lookahead to program leadership and stakeholders, using AI tools for efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry focused on project schedule integration and management.
  • •Proven experience in new semiconductor fab construction startup projects.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal); Japanese proficiency is a strong plus.
  • •Experience tracking and integrating schedules across multiple program segments and stakeholders.
