Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute procurement strategies and conduct market research to track industry trends and supply/demand shifts.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and support cross-department alignment.
  • •Manage cost reduction and spend optimization using analytical and financial support across sourcing projects.
  • •Coordinate supplier evaluation and selection using established criteria for quality, price, and reliability.
  • •Analyze contract and spend data to identify consolidation opportunities and prepare documents for contract renegotiations and new RFPs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,500 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of procurement-related process execution, including running and scoring RFPs and negotiating directly with suppliers.
  • •Experience forming commercial strategies, ideally within financial services or fintech, with exposure to the technology categories in scope.
  • •Demonstrated project management skills for delivering strategic sourcing projects.
  • •Ability to personally contribute to achieving commercial targets and hold accountability for outcomes.
  • •Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, collaborative, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
