Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end configuration process for new restaurant clients, ensuring our platform reflects their menu and operations accurately, efficiently, and at scale.
  • •Become an expert in our internal configuration tool, and translate complex restaurant menus into agent-friendly, customer-centric configurations.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams including Voice Platform, Product, and Customer Support to ensure implementation is seamless and optimized for quality.
  • •Identify and fix root causes of onboarding and configuration issues, proposing systemic improvements whenever possible.
  • •Stay on the pulse of product changes and proactively apply new features that improve menu quality and therefore restaurant operations.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in product implementation, onboarding, or product operations in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
  • •exposure to restaurant technology, voice-based ordering, or POS systems
  • •experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you had to wear multiple hats
  • •experience translating real-world operations into structured, configurable systems
  • •experience using internal tools or no-code platforms to solve user-facing problems
