Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build automated dashboards that translate complex datasets into intuitive, real-time visual narratives for executive stakeholders.
  • •Analyze dashboard outputs and business performance metrics to identify key insights, trends, and strategic implications — clearly articulating the “so-what” behind the numbers.
  • •Lead the development of comprehensive business plans and financial models to forecast growth, support annual budgeting, and evaluate new market opportunities.
  • •Act as the connective tissue between departments, identifying how operational or strategic shifts in one area of the business impact the broader organization.
  • •Produce rigorous, executive committee (ExCo)-level presentations and reporting materials with clear, concise, and data-driven storytelling.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles.
  • •Strong SQL skills to analyze and manipulate large datasets, plus expertise with BI/ visualization tools (Tableau).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • •Proven track record of supporting executive-level decision-making through data analysis and strategic insights.
  • •Strong communication and executive presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear business recommendations.
