Key Responsibilities

•Design and build automated dashboards that translate complex datasets into intuitive, real-time visual narratives for executive stakeholders.
•Analyze dashboard outputs and business performance metrics to identify key insights, trends, and strategic implications — clearly articulating the “so-what” behind the numbers.
•Lead the development of comprehensive business plans and financial models to forecast growth, support annual budgeting, and evaluate new market opportunities.
•Act as the connective tissue between departments, identifying how operational or strategic shifts in one area of the business impact the broader organization.
•Produce rigorous, executive committee (ExCo)-level presentations and reporting materials with clear, concise, and data-driven storytelling.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles.
•Strong SQL skills to analyze and manipulate large datasets, plus expertise with BI/ visualization tools (Tableau).
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
•Proven track record of supporting executive-level decision-making through data analysis and strategic insights.
•Strong communication and executive presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear business recommendations.
