Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, design, and implement novel methods for efficient generative AI training and inference.
  • •Develop algorithmic model optimization and training methods, including quantization, sparsity, and parallelism strategies.
  • •Optimize accuracy, efficiency, and performance of AI models for application use.
  • •Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and researchers to integrate AI models into software applications and platforms.
  • •Innovate and publish technical work while staying current with AI algorithms, frameworks, and technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience optimizing and accelerating NLP/generative AI models, including model compression, quantization, and inference optimization.
  • •Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep learning, or machine learning.
  • •Proficiency in Python coding; C/C++ skills are a plus.
  • •Project experience with generative tasks and working with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, ONNX, or TensorFlow.
  • •A PhD or master’s degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
