Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce the BIM Execution Plan across PMC and EPC teams, maintaining modelling standards and protocols up to LOD 400/500.
  • •Lead automated clash detection across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines and drive clashes to closure.
  • •Maintain naming conventions, coding structures, and CDE workflows for consistent model coordination.
  • •Verify digital twin updates reflect site variations and change orders with version control and traceability.
  • •Extract and deliver a clean As-Built BIM model and support integration with airport Facility Management systems and AIM handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • •10+ years in civil engineering or architecture, including 5+ years as a BIM Manager/Lead.
  • •Experience delivering at least one mega-scale infrastructure project (Airport, Metro, or High-Speed Rail Station).
  • •Expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage; proficiency with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (CDE).
  • •Fluent English required; Russian or Uzbek is an advantage.
