Provide consultative technical sales support for Cisco’s Security Solutions Portfolio, articulating the value of the Cisco Security Platform and integrated architecture across hybrid cloud transformation, trusted access, security operations, and IoT. Collaborate with sales to deliver tailored cybersecurity presentations and demonstrations, gather customer requirements, assess risks, and propose solutions. Build relationships with customers, partners, and decision-makers, and work with cross-functional teams to feed product and market feedback back into development.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical sales support and recommendations for the Cisco Security Solutions Portfolio, explaining platform value and integrated architecture.
•Demonstrate deep cybersecurity knowledge and convey capabilities across networking, cloud, and application infrastructures.
•Collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored solution presentations and demonstrations aligned to customer needs.
•Conduct requirements gathering by assessing customer needs, challenges, existing cybersecurity frameworks, risks, and improvement areas.
•Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, partners, and decision-makers while collaborating cross-functionally to support product input and feedback.

Key Requirements

•Excellent understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
•Experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.
•Industry certifications such as SABSA, CISSP, CCSP, and/or Cisco CCIE Security.
•Strong hands-on expertise with next-generation firewalls (NGFW), VPN technologies, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), SASE, and security management platforms.
•Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
