Seasoned engineering leader to scale and mature a fully remote, global software organization. You will oversee architecture, security, and delivery, drive AI-augmented development, and partner with product teams to align engineering with customer outcomes. You’ll manage engineering managers and individual contributors across SaaS/ad-tech domains, focusing on high throughput, reliability, and continuous modernization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team with a culture of accountability and psychological safety.
•Structure engineering pods for autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning; partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional, outcome-driven teams.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad tech infrastructure; balance feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization.
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-augmented development tooling to improve cycle times, deployment frequency, and overall delivery velocity.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data-volume environment
•Proven track record leading and scaling fully remote, globally distributed engineering teams
•Strong understanding of modern cloud architecture, distributed systems, and safe architectural trade-offs
•Experience measuring and improving engineering productivity, familiarity with DORA metrics and related frameworks
•Hands-on experience guiding AI-augmented development tools and workflows to improve developer throughput and code quality
