Senior Cost Manager

Manage cost control for complex multidisciplinary railway infrastructure projects, leading the preparation of feasibility, design, and final cost estimates. Assess on- and off-site materials, monthly payment certificates, and final accounts while monitoring anticipated project costs to protect contractual entitlement. Lead measurement reviews for designs and completed works, develop schedules of rates and bills of quantities, and provide cost management advice to claims, contract management, and project management teams.
