Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly VAT refunds and follow up on process requirements requested by authorities, including attending related audits.
  • •Execute data collection from REPSE suppliers and ensure audit-ready follow-up on compliance observations.
  • •Collect and review travel expense prepayment and AMEX expense reports, and follow up with employees to pay AMEX credit cards timely and correctly.
  • •Design and implement company policies, procedures, and administrative/accounting controls.
  • •Direct and monitor monthly preparation of financial information in Oracle per Emerson’s calendar, including supervision of treasury, accounts payable, and payroll with shared services; prepare external auditor information requests.
