Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform engineering calculations and analyses to validate structural, thermal, and environmental performance.

  • •Support prototype fabrication, testing, design verification, and resolution of manufacturing, assembly, and field issues, including updates to PDM configuration and participation in design reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years designing and developing mechanical hardware for electronic systems (enclosures, mounting hardware, racks, or structural supports).
  • •Experience creating 3D CAD models, detailed engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) for production hardware.
  • •Ability to perform engineering calculations to size and validate mechanical components and support structures.
  • •Familiarity with GD&T and manufacturing processes, and experience managing engineering documentation/revisions in PDM/PLM systems.
