Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own Masdar's Enterprise Digital architecture and Data Governance strategy, building high‑performing domain architects and a robust data management program.
  • •Bridge modern corporate systems with agile, field‑level renewable asset operations using a flexible, best‑of‑breed composable architecture.
  • •Establish universal data taxonomies and govern cross‑border data insights to drive competitive advantage; lead governing bodies and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Mentor and coach CDO team members and foster collaboration across Digital & Technology Services.
  • •Collaborate on cybersecurity and industrial architectural frameworks (e.g., NIST, NERC CIP, IEC 62443) to ensure secure, scalable designs.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of global, enterprise‑level architecture experience, preferably in asset‑intensive or energy environments.
  • •10+ years leading, managing, and developing a team of specialized domain architects.
  • •10+ years hands‑on ERP and Data architecture design, transforming legacy systems into modern, composable designs.
  • •8+ years architecting and managing global data management platforms.
  • •5+ years driving Data Governance initiatives (policies, frameworks, master data hierarchies) and running governing bodies.
