Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entry review, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews in line with company policies.
  • •Manage day-to-day General Ledger operations, including SAP maintenance and support for the account reconciliation tool.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external auditors and provide requested support; ensure SOX documentation is current.
  • •Drive process standardization and efficiency while maintaining appropriate internal controls for GAAP fair presentation of financial statements.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop a Senior Accountant, including oversight of work product, prioritization, deadlines, and professional development.
