Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a golden-source inventory of monitored associates, tracking internal transfers, role changes, and status updates to ensure regulatory compliance coverage.
  • •Coordinate onboarding and offboarding lifecycle workflows with key stakeholders so surveillance tracking starts and ends on schedule.
  • •Verify system provisioning and access setup for newly onboarded associates across compliance surveillance tools, databases, and communication channels.
  • •Design and execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes between data feeds and surveillance system rosters to identify and remediate gaps or anomalies.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners on population scoping, access issues, and roster data discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in operations, process management, data reconciliation, or compliance onboarding workflows.
  • •At least 2 years of experience using G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office for data tracking, reporting, or analysis.
  • •Strong analytical skills for reconciling large employee datasets and resolving roster anomalies.
  • •Basic understanding of financial services compliance, regulatory environments, or employee monitoring programs.
