Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop procedures and BKMs to service new products and improve service methods.
  • •Contribute to FMECA and support Build & Test activities in the Apps lab.
  • •Address field issues by partnering with Engineering and Quality & Reliability, including CAPA.
  • •Perform or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) when needed to resolve complex issues.
  • •Create and document technical manuals, service notices, and troubleshooting guides; train customer engineers prior to ELS shipments.
