Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programmes and projects, including management, reporting, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • •Drive planning, governance, and stakeholder management, including inputs to yearly financial planning and coordination to time, cost, and quality.
  • •Provide strategic leadership and portfolio oversight, shaping digital strategy and the delivery roadmap and managing dependencies and performance tracking.
  • •Lead and develop high-performing teams, setting objectives, improving performance, supporting career development, and leading teams through change.
  • •Manage programme costs and budgets, support risk and investment decision processes, and take responsibility for financial governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised project management qualification accredited by APM, PMI or PRINCE.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of PM governance and assurance processes.
  • •Experience managing IT portfolios and implementations.
  • •Experience managing teams.
  • •Ability to manage programme costs and budgets with transparent stakeholder communication.
