Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed maintenance work packages for Instrumentation and Electrical work activities.
  • •Review maintenance notifications and work orders to ensure proper scope definition.
  • •Plan labor, materials, tools, permits, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
  • •Coordinate with Operations, Reliability, and Maintenance to plan turnaround and shutdown activities.
  • •Review technical drawings and documentation, procure materials through SAP, and use reporting tools to track maintenance performance and planning effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of industrial Instrumentation and/or Electrical maintenance experience.
  • •Strong understanding of instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting, process control systems, and electrical distribution systems.
  • •Working knowledge of motors and motor controls, VFDs, PLCs and DCS systems, and loop checks/commissioning.
  • •Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and the ability to navigate maintenance data and performance metrics.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP Maintenance Module (PM) knowledge is helpful.
