Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before each day’s patient visits.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ homes.
•Build rapport with patients while collecting information and delivering preventative and diagnostic services.
•Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection (including related screenings and exams) in a comfortable, patient-friendly manner.
•Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous venipuncture experience and the ability to operate autonomously with a focus on quality.
•State required licensure and/or proof of training, or national certification where state licensure isn’t required.
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of required courses/programs based on licensure level.
•Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance; reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
•Ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds) and pass a national background check and DMV check.
